What You’ll Do- Draft pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions
- Manage discovery, depositions, and mediations
- Advise clients on complex insurance coverage issues
- 5+ years of defense litigation experience
- 3+ years handling insurance coverage & bad faith matters
- Excellent writing, analysis, and client communication skills
- Licensed in Washington
- Competitive base pay $150,000 - $210,000 per year plus additional compensation factors
