COMPENSATION: $75,000.00 Base, Total compensation target: $95,000.00 – $ with overtime.

Seattle/Portland (must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the greater Seattle or Portland metropolitan area).
DAY-TO-DAY
- Summary
:
Partner with FCE team to provide prompt, advanced support to customers/healthcare providers with product installations; clinical & technical training; & preventative maintenance, diagnostics, & repairs onsite (majority) & remotely as able - Technical Support: Continuously strive to be Brains Way product expert so able to provide advanced technical support to new & existing customers;
Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, issues, & complaints including, but not limited to, troubleshooting basic to advanced hardware, firmware, & software issues;
Communicate timely & effectively with leadership, Quality Control, & R&D to resolve issues, optimize services, & provide product feedback - Product Installation & Logistical Support: Complete installations of medical devices within hospital & other clinical settings;
Provide preventative maintenance for systems & written reports of recommendations, progress, & concerns;
Assist with logistics of assigned service inventories, transportation/delivery, & returns of equipment & parts - Clinical Support: Provide onsite & remote training & re‑training to new & established customers, ensuring continued educational support ensuring safety & efficacy of service
- Reporting & Administration: Submit service, maintenance, training, & inventory documentation & reports to leadership through Salesforce CRM & Priority ERP;
Accurately & promptly maintain & update shared clinical training calendar - Sales & Marketing Support: Partner with sales & marketing teams by providing tradeshow support; giving clinical presentations about services & product demonstrations to potential and current customers, incorporating new content & materials based on continuous self‑education of new content & materials; providing feedback as necessary; & communicating concerns & working together to effectively meet customer needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering or related field; or equivalent knowledge & experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience working with electronic & mechanical components, preferably in a comparable Field Clinical Engineer role working with medical devices in a healthcare environment (e.g., hospital operating room)
- Territory: Seattle/Portland (must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the greater Seattle or Portland metropolitan area)
- Travel: >80% travel to providers throughout territory,
