We are looking for a Technical Writer to write new and update existing content to support identity and network access management products. As you create new content, you will verify its accuracy and ensure instructions work as documented, while also ensuring the content is understandable and usable by people with varying degrees of experience with the identity platform.

• Work with stakeholders who use the product to gather information and turn it into customer ready content.

• Create new articles and update existing articles to reflect the latest features, functionality, and scenerios in support of their needs. This includes assisting with content freshness efforts and SEO improvements.

• Author the documentation and test/validate and configurations that will be published.

• Respond to reviewer feedback and incorporate feedback as needed.

• Deliver documentation according to specifications and priorities provided by team.

• Use content team tools, process, style guide and publishing guidelines to deliver high quality documentation. Tools Git Hub, Markdown language, and Dev Ops

Skills/

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience and/or experience creating technical, customer facing content, specifically IT pro content

• Experience or familiarity with the Security, Compliance, and Identity Cloud space such as is a bonus.

• Experience with AI tools is preferred.

• Ability to be self-sufficient and ability to work independently.

• Experience or familiarity with markdown and Git Hub is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, Computer
