Automation Test Engineer

Job/Position Summary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quick learner of diagnostic systems and self-motivated problem-solving.
• Showcase Excellent Communication skills for obtaining work packets, status sharing and creating reports for the customer.
• Participate in the requirement gathering of Manual test scripts which is used in testing DAVIE 4 diagnostics application.
• Understanding the Manual test scripts and converting them into Automation Test scripts by designing the test scripts using the QF-Test tool.
• Implementing the design and testing it on DAVIE 4 application.
• Integrate the Automation test scripts produced at offshore with any CI D tools which is provided and accepted by clients.
• Develop proof of concepts.
• Work as the offshore coordinator for the Test Automation team, bridge the communication gap between client and the Onsite team.
• Working in the client-driven Agile framework and attending the daily standup, sprint planning and sprint review with clients directly.

• Experience with HIL Testing with any automotive Controller, HSX Box, Breakout box, Nexiq Adaptor.
• Good Knowledge in all aspects of Testing Methodology and Test Automation Framework, Automotive Diagnostics.
• Java and Python, QF-Test, HP-ALM/JIRA, Visual Studio 2017, Sam Dia, Davie 4, GIT/SVN/TFS, Jenkins.
• Basic Knowledge of CAN protocol (J1939), CANoe, and CANalyser.
