Amazon Digital Operations Manager, Device Global Logistics; DGL

As an Amazon Digital Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Amazon Digital Global Logistics Operations team responsible for ensuring delivery of a world-class end-to-end customer experience.

• Optimize inbound and outbound inventory management for Mexico, including factory logistic coordination, logistic solutions and placement strategies.
• Lead complex analysis to drive key strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in supply chain operations.
• Liaise daily with cross functional teams to effectively manage key team objectives.

• 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control.
• Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
