The Payment Acceptance and Experience (PAE) Marketing team is looking for an analytical, strategic and consumer-focused senior program manager to join our team. This person will join the PAE Lifecycle Marketing team and directly work on strategic goals to enable new and existing shoppers anywhere in the world to pay, on and off Amazon, using their preferred payment method seamlessly.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning and controllership of Worldwide Wallet Health (WH) goal,. This role will be responsible for driving global and regional teams for formulating key initiatives to improve Wallet Health and build high fidelity goal forecasts. The role audits progress against the goals and influences partner teams to prioritize which deliver maximum customer impact. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, deep customer focus, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, UX, Engineering, Data Science, and regional business teams.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own the worldwide Wallet Health goal strategy and planning, including forecasting, controllership, metric tracking and auditing.
2. Serve as the single-threaded leader for wallet health initiatives, aligning global and regional teams (NA, EU, APAC, LATAM) around shared goals and priorities.
3. Translate ambiguous and fragmented data into a cohesive narrative and actionable strategy for partner teams.
4. Lead regular reviews with senior leadership to communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
5. Identify and formulate novel opportunities to achieve our north star goal.
6. Develop mechanisms which improve the overall effectiveness of the marketing team, such as marketing budget tracking
7. Partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions and ensure communications are clear, compliant, and scalable globally.
8. Partner with analytics and data science to define and track KPIs and generate insights to guide the overall Wallet Health strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
