We are seeking a senior Business Unit Leader / Vice President to lead and scale the Microsoft “Sell-To” business for a leading global IT services organization. This leader will own executive relationships within Microsoft, drive strategic alignment across solution areas, and build a high-growth services portfolio aligned to Microsoft’s ecosystem.
The role demands deep knowledge of Microsoft’s go-to-market model, partner ecosystem, and co-sell motion, along with a strong track record of revenue ownership and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the global Microsoft “Sell-To” strategy.
- Own P&L, revenue growth, and margin for the Microsoft business unit.
- Align offerings with Microsoft solution plays (Azure, Data & AI, Modern Work, Security, Business Applications).
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships within Microsoft.
- Drive executive governance cadence and strategic account planning.
- Position the organization as a strategic partner of choice.
- Lead co-sell programs and marketplace-led growth.
- Drive joint solution development and GTM initiatives.
- Identify new revenue streams across industry verticals.
- Strengthen engagement across Microsoft field sales, product groups, and partner teams.
- Lead joint business planning and pipeline creation.
- Enhance partner designations, competencies, and solution accelerators.
- Build and scale a high-performing alliance and sales team.
- Mentor senior sales leaders, alliance directors, and solution heads.
- Drive a culture of accountability and growth.
- 18+ years in IT services, with 8–10+ years in Microsoft alliance/sales leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large strategic alliances with Microsoft.
- Demonstrated success in driving $100M+ annual revenue portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Azure, Modern Work, Data & AI, Security, and Dynamics ecosystems.
- Experience working with North American enterprise clients.
- Prior experience in a Tier-1 or mid-tier global IT services organization.
- Strong network within Microsoft’s North America leadership.
- Experience in scaling co-sell and marketplace-driven business.
- MBA or equivalent executive education preferred.
