Project Data and Technology Consultant

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for an experienced and passionate Project Data & Technology Consultant with industry experience to join our team and support our engagements. This position is onsite and requires you to commute to client sites as needed.

Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and addressing business transformation and change management initiatives.

As a Project Data & Technology Consultant, you will work within our global team of Project Management Consultants to deliver value through data-driven project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop comprehensive digital solution designs that balance business objectives, technical constraints, and scalability requirements
• Partner with engineering, IT, finance, and operations stakeholders to implement sustainable, enterprise-ready solutions
• Design and develop executive-level dashboards that communicate data-driven narratives through impactful, effective visual design utilizing Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Manage the full data lifecycle, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reporting
• Design and implement scalable data models enabling efficient retrieval, analysis, and cross-system integration
• Configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERPs to support project tracking, cost management, and workflow automation
• Design and implement automated data pipelines and workflows to streamline data processing, system integrations, and reporting logic
• Support API integrations between ERP systems, scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), financial systems, and CRM platforms

As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt quickly to new environments, and operate as a trusted advisor on client sites. You will represent the MP brand and leverage our methodologies to deliver high-impact solutions.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

We are seeking someone with 6 to 10 years of experience in project controls, data management, digital transformation, or technology consulting within high tech, data centers, aerospace, manufacturing, or supply chain industries.

You ideally bring:

• Experience managing integrated project schedules and cost management frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise system integrations
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows
• Experience with ETL processes and data lifecycle management
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and governance frameworks
• PMP certification or relevant data/technology certifications (preferred)
