As a Technology Leader, you will lead IBM Technology Sales across geos, markets, or regions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the implementation of IBM’s go‑to‑market strategy and the success of IBM’s sellers and ecosystem across the entire IBM Technology Portfolio.
- Drive Go‑to‑Market Strategy:
Lead the implementation of IBM’s go‑to‑market strategy across geos, markets, or regions, ensuring successful sales and ecosystem growth across the IBM Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure. - Lead Seller Success:
Ensure the success of IBM’s sellers and ecosystem across the entire IBM Technology Portfolio, providing guidance and support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. - Oversee Portfolio Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of IBM’s Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, across geos, markets, or regions, ensuring alignment with IBM’s go‑to‑market strategy. - Develop Ecosystem Growth:
Develop strategies to drive ecosystem growth across the IBM Technology Portfolio, including partnerships and collaborations that support IBM’s go‑to‑market strategy. - Manage Regional Sales:
Manage regional sales activities, ensuring alignment with IBM’s go‑to‑market strategy and successful sales growth across the IBM Technology Portfolio.
- Deep Expertise in Technology Sales Leadership:
Proven track record of leading technology sales teams across geos, markets, or regions, with a strong understanding of go‑to‑market strategies and sales growth drivers. - Experience with IBM Technology Portfolio:
In‑depth knowledge of IBM’s Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, with a focus on driving sales growth and ecosystem success. - Strategic Planning and Execution:
Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, including overseeing portfolio implementation and managing regional sales activities. - Ecosystem Development and Management:
Proven ability to develop and manage ecosystems, including partnerships and collaborations that support business growth and go‑to‑market strategies. - Cross‑Functional Leadership:
Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
- Technology Portfolio Knowledge:
In‑depth understanding of IBM’s Technology Portfolio, including IBM Software and IBM Infrastructure, with a focus on driving sales growth and ecosystem success. - Go‑to‑Market Strategy Expertise:
Experience with developing and implementing go‑to‑market strategies to drive business growth and sales success across geos, markets, or regions. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales teams, ecosystem partners, and cross‑functional teams, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
