We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Tech BD to join the Applied AI Solutions GTM acceleration team. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment and work as a single organization to achieve our strategic goals. This role is pivotal in driving successful implementation of key strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Field Enablement Strategy & Execution – Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive AAIS portfolio enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives, service team priorities, and field scaling goals across AWS’s global sales organization.
• Enablement Tooling & Content Infrastructure – Own and optimize AWS enablement tools (including Alchemy) for AAIS content management, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and AI-augmented resources that empower field teams.
• Enablement Measurement Architecture & Analytics Strategy – Design and own comprehensive measurement frameworks that track field enablement effectiveness across the full AAIS portfolio, establishing KPIs, data models, and reporting infrastructure that connect enablement inputs to business outcomes.
• Scalable Analytics & Self-Service Intelligence – Build and operationalize scalable analytics solutions that surface actionable insights across enablement program impact, training effectiveness, and resource utilization. Develop self-service dashboards and automated reporting.
• Predictive Modeling & GTM Intelligence – Develop predictive models and trend analyses that identify enablement gaps, forecast field readiness, and surface revenue acceleration opportunities. Translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives for L8–L10+ stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Culture & Thought Leadership – Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making through strategic guidance and democratization of analytics. Define and govern analytical standards and methodologies.
• Field Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement – Create and manage structured feedback loops between field teams, product development, and GTM leadership to continuously improve effectiveness, content quality, and program relevance.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & AWS Field Scaling Integration – Partner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Training, Service teams, WWFE, and GTM leadership—to align messaging, measurement strategies, and resource utilization, and integrate with existing AWS field scaling programs.
