We are looking for a Full Stack Growth Marketer to help scale our go‑to‑market engine at a pivotal moment. You will join at a moment where there is real ownership to take, supported by traction, customers, and confidence in the path forward.

What You Will Do
  • Drive Full‑Funnel Growth – Design, launch, and scale multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from first touch through closed‑won and expansion.
  • Own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Take ownership of conversion across the funnel including landing pages, forms, CTAs, email flows, and nurture programs. Run experiments, analyze behavior, and continuously improve performance.
  • Build Integrated Campaigns – Execute campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, content, webinars, events, partners, and sales‑supported outbound programs.
  • Power the Marketing Stack – Optimize CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and ABM tools to segment audiences, automate workflows, score leads, and enable fast, confident sales follow‑up.
  • Build Collateral and Video That Converts – Create and iterate on sales and marketing collateral, demos, and short‑form video that explain value clearly and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Run Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) – Partner with Sales on targeted, personalized programs for high‑value accounts and expansion opportunities.
  • Experiment Relentlessly – Test messaging, channels, audiences, and offers. Learn fast, scale what works, and move on quickly from what does not.
  • Measure What Matters – Track funnel performance including conversion rates, pipeline contribution, CAC, and velocity. Turn insight into action.
  • Collaborate Deeply – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to align growth efforts with real customer needs and revenue outcomes.
Who You Are
  • Proven – 3–5 years in a hands‑on growth, demand generation, or performance marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high‑growth environment.
  • Full Stack – Comfortable owning growth end to end, not just a single channel.
  • CRO‑Oriented – You think in funnels and care deeply about conversion.
  • Technically Fluent – Confident working with modern marketing and sales stacks.
  • Entrepreneurial – You take initiative, move fast, and look for leverage.
  • Data‑Driven – You test, measure, learn, and iterate.
  • ABM Experience (Bonus) – Experience running or supporting account‑based programs with strong sales alignment.
