Derflan is seeking a Marketing Manager II to support a large global technology company through a high-impact consulting engagement focused on email marketing and CRM growth initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Seattle, Washington.

This role is centered on scaling and optimizing the email channel to drive device unit attainment goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in lifecycle marketing, automated email programs, campaign testing strategy, and performance reporting. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

This opportunity provides visibility into a high-performing device marketing organization and offers the chance to meaningfully influence revenue-driving marketing programs at scale.

Annual Base Salary: $82k, full benefits

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities Email Channel Growth & Strategy
  • Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals
  • Drive creation and implementation of new automated email programs
  • Assist in shaping the long-term email and CRM roadmap
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and promotional priorities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Build and execute email campaigns and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Develop and manage robust A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Optimize campaigns for sales performance and unit sell-through
  • Partner with design teams on creative asset production
Performance Reporting & Insights
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant email performance metrics
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously improve marketing efficiency through data-driven insights
Content & Technical Execution
  • Edit XML and HTML as needed for campaign deployment
  • Ensure campaign accuracy and quality control across channels
Success Metrics
  • Growth in device unit attainment through email channel performance
  • Increased campaign efficiency via testing and optimization
  • Clear and actionable leadership reporting
  • Successful launch and scaling of automated lifecycle programs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Strong experience in email marketing and CRM program development
  • Demonstrated expertise in A/B and multivariate testing
  • Experience reporting performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of XML, HTML, and CMS publishing tools
  • Proven ability to execute cross-functional marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting device or hardware marketing programs
  • Experience working within large-scale technology organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience building lifecycle or automated marketing programs
