Business Intelligence Delivery Lead

Job Summary
:
Tri Forza is a company focused on driving digital transformation in the oral health industry. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Delivery Lead to guide the delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions that support enterprise strategies and operational excellence by partnering with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities
:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI and analytics Business requests, from intake and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.

• Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and communications across BI initiatives.

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics products.

• Partner with business leaders across functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, Underwriting, Claims) to understand analytical needs and define clear priorities.

• Translate business questions into well-defined analytics requirements and success metrics.

• Act as the primary point of contact for BI delivery status, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

• Own and manage the BI delivery backlog and roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term analytics strategy.

• Drive standardization of metrics, dashboards, and reporting experiences. Lead process and system improvements that promote data integrity, adoption of standard methodologies and support operational efficiencies across teams.

• Engage and aid in cross-training with team members and analysts across the business. Mentor and scale the team's capabilities, process, and methods by identifying, assessing and acting on opportunities to improve performance.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data delivery roles with demonstrable experience of leading solutions.

• Strong experience with BI platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, Quick Sight).

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and analytics architecture.

• Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and engineering team workflows.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
