Amazon Home Textile team is looking for a team-oriented, highly analytical and passionate business leader to join the team. The Vendor Manager will interface directly with manufacturers and brands to build scaled relationships and business opportunities. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a dynamic business. Within this role, the individual will set a business strategy, establish and maintain strong vendor relationships and manage a P&L.
In addition, this position is expected to focus on setting strategies for category selection expansion from new brand lead identification, pitch to post onboarding scaling.
- Interface directly with manufacturers and brands to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Develop and manage a dynamic business and identify opportunities for category expansion.
- Set business strategy and drive execution from brand identification through post‑onboarding scaling.
- Manage P&L and ensure profitable growth of the vendor portfolio.
- Lead negotiations, pricing, promotion, inventory management, and product development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience with Excel.
- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience.
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
- Experience working in, or a strong passion for, the business of sports.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
