Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong cloud platform expertise and retail domain experience to lead large-scale technical programs and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation, platform modernization, and data/engineering programs while collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across cloud platforms and retail systems.
· Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable cloud-based solutions.
· Manage cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Dev Ops, and QA.
· Define roadmaps, milestones, and technical deliverables aligned with business goals.
· Support cloud migration, modernization, and architecture initiatives.
· Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
· Track KPIs, program metrics, dependencies, and project timelines.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as Technical Program Manager.
· Strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
· Proven experience managing large-scale cloud transformation or migration programs.
· Retail domain experience (eCommerce, supply chain, POS, inventory, pricing, merchandising, etc.).
· Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
· Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML initiatives is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Dev Ops practices.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with retail analytics, omnichannel retail, or digital commerce platforms.
· PMP / Scrum / Cloud certifications preferred.
· Experience managing global or distributed engineering teams.
