As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) for IT Services, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future of IT Services.

As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be the glue between stakeholders to ensure our customers receive the right outcomes that drive customer obsessed security. As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for the IT Services organization, you will facilitate the transition of critical IT Services used by our customers to an externalized network platform that has no reliance on a traditional private corporate style network.

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for the assigned services to align customer technical requirements to the business strategy by working cross functionally in AWS. This role requires senior program and project management experience, as customer engagement, stakeholder management and effective communication is critical. This role requires you to have effective written and verbal skills as this program has director level visibility.

As a TIPM you will ensure projects in the program are being scoped, planned, delivered and closed in line with the agreed success measures, budget, schedule and quality. This will require you to partner with service owners and operators to determine the right business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage and own complex projects having enterprise wide impact.
  • Establish the forward looking strategy and gain support for implementation.
  • Conduct pre-project requirement gathering, scoping, project approval, planning, oversee delivery and verification of strategic goals.
  • Develop gap analysis, functional specifications, project schedules and milestones.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify resources, assemble project teams, and assign responsibilities.
  • Assess costs, benefits and risks, plus identify and respond to risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively through effective action and appropriate escalation.
  • Balance business needs with technical and security requirements.
  • Clearly communicate goals, responsibilities, issues and status to customers and senior managers.
  • Lead and streamline the transition of IT Services into production.
  • Ensure changes are effectively released ensuring feedback mechanisms are established.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholder and service owners.
  • Publish accurate and concise reports on time to maintain visibility and accountability.
Success in this role will require

Basic Qualifications
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
