• Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising’s long-term business and technical goals.
• Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, GTM, Salesforce administrators to design and implement scalable, efficient system architectures.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
• Act as the key connection point between engineering and business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.

The Advertising Sales Tech organization provides AI tools that enable these Sales teams to devote more time and focus to growing Amazon's advertising partnerships and less time on manual tasks.

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling)
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is  -  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
