In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

As a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management. This role presents exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to apply your expertise in guiding others and recommending quality solutions. You will engage regularly with external clients, actively participating in working sessions and leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.

Travel may be required as needed by external clients.

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that impact your work area.

• Experience delivering S/4
  
  HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition (SDT) approaches, including advising clients on appropriate deployment strategies.
• Proven experience leveraging SAP BTP services (e.g., SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite) to support clean core principles across development, integration, and data domains.
• Deep expertise in migrating ECC workloads to S/4
  
  HANA, including brownfield and SDT migrations, code remediation, and enabling value through process and technology modernization.
• Proficiency in SAP RISE operating model and integrated toolchain, including LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and Signavio, to drive enterprise architecture decisions.
• Working knowledge of SAP Joule and its application in helping clients adopt AI-driven efficiencies across SAP landscapes.
• Ability to manage cross border teams and work with vendors and other ecosystem partners on complex transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP clean core development frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledgeable in system development, lifecycle and technology integration.

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4
  
  HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands‑on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
