As a digital marketing expert resource, you will work directly with our client and their dealers to implement industry-leading digital best practices through in-person consultations, training, data analysis, videos, and webinars. The goal is to optimize the dealer’s digital performance, deliver strategic digital consulting and analytics reporting, and establish a premium online customer experience when someone is shopping for a vehicle.

• Conduct in-person consultations and training.
• Perform data analysis and create analytics reports.
• Establish a premium online customer experience.
• Implement industry-leading digital best practices.

• Previous automotive experience as a Marketing Manager, eCommerce Director, Internet Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership sales strategy, marketing, and operations.

• Expert proficiency with dealership websites, Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Social Media and Reputation Management.
• CRM / DMS Systems.
• Google Adwords/Analytics.
• Automotive experience.

• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Enjoy traveling extensively and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Package:
This position requires extensive travel in Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Northern California. At Shift, many factors are taken into account when determining a reasonable compensation range for any given role. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only: $95,000 - $105,000. This is a full-time position with Shift Digital.
