Lead Software Engineer

Typhur is hiring a hands‑on Amazon Ads leader who combines world‑class performance marketing execution with strong technical depth in ads algorithms/models
. You will own Amazon onsite advertising growth end‑to‑end and build scalable, model‑driven optimization capabilities (bidding, budgeting, pacing, experimentation, and automation).

• Own Amazon Ads strategy and execution across Sponsored Products/Brands/Display
• Build scalable optimization systems (bid/budget optimization, pacing, portfolio optimization)
• Develop/drive predictive and decision models (CTR/CVR, marginal ROAS, LTV, bandits/Bayesian optimization)
• Build data pipelines, dashboards, and automation using Amazon Ads API / Marketing Stream
• Partner cross‑functionally (creative, listing, pricing, ops, data/engineering) to improve full‑funnel performance

• Must‑have: prior experience building/owning Amazon ads algorithms/models
  , or meaningful experience within Amazon Ads (Applied Scientist / DS / ML / Ads Eng)
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads products and measurement

• Ex‑Amazon (especially Amazon Ads)
• Experience with high AOV consumer hardware/electronics on Amazon
• Ability to lead/mentor (optional Lead/Head scope)
