Solution Architect (Jira) — PXE Strategy Realization Office

The Strategy Realization Office is looking for a new team member who will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization tially, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical cleanup of our Jira environment, which requires a significant focus on reducing clutter and standardizing configurations and data. This role will then transition to designing and managing internal technical solutions that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution for future PXE transformation initiatives.

As a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, you will ensure our internal systems are designed to meet our company goals and drive value through operational excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field AND 9+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years working in a Product, Tech, and/or Engineering organization.
• Direct experience with Jira administration, configuration, and cleanup/migration efforts. Experience with Aha, Service Now, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Track record of managing complex business programs, including implementing organization-wide improvements and optimization.
• Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
