Information Digital Technology and Security is currently seeking an Information Technology Senior Manager - Supplier Management to join the team in Seattle, WA or Plano, TX
. The selected candidate will lead the operational execution and strategic design of a re‑visioned Supplier Management team. This hands‑on role will manage daily Supplier Management operations—pre‑ and post‑contract activities for strategic IDT&S suppliers and oversight of the Invoicing Community of Excellence—while also co‑defining the future Supplier Management ecosystem with leaders across IDT&S and the Boeing Enterprise.

You will translate strategy into practice by establishing SRM/SPM practices, clear roles and governance, templates, and metrics aligned to an established category management framework, as well as by creating a phased roadmap that prepares the broader organization for team expansion and scale. You should be a visionary change agent who embraces modern ways of working (AI, Lean, cross‑functional teaming) and can translate strategy into pragmatic, measurable plans.

The role reports to the Senior Director, IDT&S Supplier Management and is the initial hire in the overall planned team expansion. Ideal candidates have substantial supplier management or procurement experience in large, complex organizations, proven Source‑to‑Pay and contract lifecycle transformation delivery, and a data‑driven, and change‑leadership mindset. Cross‑functional collaboration is critical to the success of this role; demonstrated soft skills in creating collaborative relationships, influencing outcomes and resolving conflicts are essential.
