Business Analyst - Fashion & Fitness

Fashion and Fitness (F2) is a big and growing retail business, focused on delivering innovative partnerships, programs, and experiences that surprise and delight customers, while delivering profitable growth for selling partners and Amazon. We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own analysis and unlock insights to support the team responsible for F2 Deals, North America Stores (NAS) Ads, and High Value Customer Engagement.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and collaborator to provide analytics solutions to solve difficult problems. They will do this by becoming trusted partners to key stakeholders across the F2 business including category leaders, finance partners and team members. They should be curious and comfortable diving deep into business challenges to understand and solve them through analysis, insights and AI-powered solutions.

They should be comfortable and delivering/presenting these insights in effective formats to guide the business decision-making process. This role requires an individual with both excellent analytic skills and business acumen. They must also excel at partnering and earning trust with key stakeholders and leaders across the F2 business.

Key job responsibilities

- Develop and own reporting, analysis, and insights to support the F2 Deals program, North America Stores Ads Partnership, and High Value Customer Engagement program including development of relevant dashboards and reporting tools.

- Become a subject matter expert on Amazon's data resources and relevant AI tools in order to support the needs of the F2 deals, NAS Ads and High Value Customer Engagement programs.

- Developing and maintaining queries and owning ad-hoc query needs/dive deeps for escalations/issues identified

- Proactively identify opportunities to invent and solve key business challenges through data, AI and automation

- Identify and define requirements for data infrastructure needed to support key F2 Deals and Ads programs and partner with relevant teams to deliver them.

- Own and automate key data inputs into weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and key leadership forums.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience

- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

- Experience with SQL

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of business or financial analysis experience

- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices

- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
