Technical Program Manager III, Commercial Services Infrastructure & Platform

Expedia Group Travel & Partner Services Platform (TPSP) Product & Technology team is charted with delivering innovative, world‑class support and account management experiences to Expedia Group's Partner Ecosystem and Traveler support. TPSP Product & Technology team is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the delivery and evolution of applications and services that power our servicing business and field sales teams.

As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you will create meaningful change for our internal teams, Expedia Groups Partner Ecosystem and Travelers. You will work collaboratively and autonomously to lead delivery of milestones in service of our three‑year strategic outcomes.

Initially, this role will be central to enabling commercial outcomes and partner success for our Travel Partnerships & Advertising (TPA) division, with a strong emphasis on commercial services infrastructure and platform health.

This Role, You Will
  • Own delivery of platform innovation and scalability programs that span Salesforce, integration services, and third‑party applications in our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with TPSP and TPA divisional goals.
  • Bring thought leadership and practical expertise to ensure our services enable scalable, AI‑driven experiences in a responsible and customer‑centric way.
  • Drive technical execution across teams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Architecture to define program scope, system interfaces, and service‑level objectives that support servicing workflows and commercial operations.
  • Lead program domain planning and governance, ensuring owned programs are prioritized and resourced appropriately across business units and technical domains.
  • Embrace platform thinking, ensuring services are reusable, extensible, and aligned to long‑term architectural goals.
  • Facilitate agile delivery, using Jira and other tools to drive transparency, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence technical and business stakeholders, translating complex systems and trade‑offs into clear, actionable decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience as a platform‑oriented Technical Program Manager (or similar role) with a background in service management, operational readiness, systems integration, AI‑driven ecosystems, and technical program delivery.
  • Skilled at navigating complex technical ecosystems, especially CRM platforms like Salesforce and their integration with internal and external systems.
  • Connect technical execution to business outcomes, with an understanding of commercial operations, partner engagement, and sales/service workflows.
  • Comfortable working across engineering, product, and business teams, influencing without formal authority while driving alignment.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, Jira, and program governance frameworks.
  • Clear communicator and strategic thinker who can simplify complexity and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Build inclusive, collaborative relationships across disciplines, locations, and backgrounds.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical environment.
  • Experience leading multi‑squad or multi‑service technical programs in a software or platform engineering context, including requirements definition, planning, and execution.
