• Coordinate projects, creating detailed plans to achieve goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
• Recruit employees, assign and evaluate their work, and oversee staff development
• Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility
• Confer with management and staff to discuss project specifications and procedures

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivering projects
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across business and technical partners
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
• PMI or PMP certification preferred

• Tech background experience preferred
• Proven people management and team-building skills
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and manage competing priorities
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale environment
