ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Test and Quality Engineering Lead to drive our quality culture and testing infrastructure across the organization. You'll influence through expertise, coaching, and technical excellence by helping teams across the organization build quality into their development processes rather than testing it afterward. Your success will be measured by the growth and maturity of quality practices across engineering teams, not by how much you personally test.

  • You have deep understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and chaos testing
  • You have experience coaching and mentoring engineers on testing and quality practices
