We are an ambitious Seattle-based space startup redefining rapid orbital delivery. We are seeking a Lead Software Integration Engineer to own the validation of next‑generation spacecraft platform.

Own the technical truth of our spacecraft software. You will bridge the gap between external flight software and our internal hardware, building the on‑premise HITL environments required for mission success.
Goal: Drive vendor delivery today; build the in‑house software foundations for tomorrow.

• Own the Technical Truth: Act as the day‑to‑day technical interface with external partners, ensuring software delivery is realistic, "integratable," and synchronized.
• Build the Future Lab: Lead the on‑premise bring‑up of HITL environments, test racks, and automated regression frameworks to support edge cases and full mission simulations.
• Architect Internal Foundations: Establish the early internal software tooling, integration discipline, and artifacts required to eventually bring development in‑house.
• Cross‑Domain Triage: Lead failure analysis across the HW/FW/SW boundary, debugging deep‑system issues and driving root‑cause resolution.
• Drive Reliability: Review and influence software architecture—including state machines and ICDs—to bake reliability into the code from day one.
