Role: IT Support Engineer (network and device migration)

Onsite - Seattle WA 98104

Pay rate is $33/hr on W2

The proposed role will support critical efforts in our enterprise-wide network and device migration initiative.

This project encompasses the migration of network infrastructure across 45 sites and the transition of over 7,000 endpoint devices. Due to the scale and complexity of the work, on-site staffing is essential to ensure effective planning, deployment, and post-deployment remediation.

The timeline for completion is aggressive, with a firm deadline of Q3 2026. To meet this target, dedicated personnel are required to manage site-specific logistics, coordinate with local teams, and address any issues that arise during and after deployment.

The additional staffing will directly contribute to maintaining project momentum and ensuring successful execution within the defined timeframe.

AI Usage:
The Field Services position leverages CoPilot Web for M365 collaboration and supporting Optum integration. Post integration, CoPilot will be utilized to provide IT support assistance using self-service bots, chats, troubleshooting, knowledge, and ticket management.
