Position: Data Analyst, Omnichannel Engagement (Hybrid,Seattle)

The Data Analyst role on the Omnichannel Engagement Analytics team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to improve decision-making around customer experience projects. They will be the intersection of quantitative customer engagement data and qualitative behavioral data. This individual should have a high degree of curiosity about the business and the skills to discover impactful insights from data. They should be able to communicate those insights in a way that builds confidence and enables decisions that drive business value.

A day in the life...

Partner with key stakeholders on data analysis problems

Mine and deep dive into complex business problems and provide insights on customers’ omnichannel journey

Collaborate with team members and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations to a variety of problems across the domain

Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way to audiences with mixed levels of technical expertise

Support BI reporting, database production and ad hoc analysis

Partner with and assist the work with CX Measurement team to extract, transform and analyze customer feedback and CX data to drive actionable insights to business

Reconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment

You own this if you have...

BA/BS degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences). Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in statistics, mathematics, economics, applied science or equivalent STEM degree is a plus

1+ years of corporate data analysis experience in customer or digital analytics

1+ years of experience with SQL required. Experience working with No

SQL data environments and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Dynamo

DB is a plus.

1+ years of experience with scripting (R or Python) and ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., caret, spark, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, tensor flow, pytorch, keras, theano, seaborn, matplotlib, etc.) is preferred

1+ years of experience with direct use of graphics/visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with AWS, GCP is a plus

Experience with A/B Test or trainings on digital testing is a plus

Exposure to AI applications (ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copilot) and prompt engineering is a plus

Experience with API integrations (endpoints, requests, extraction) a plus
