We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in compliance reporting, statistical analysis, and Power BI dashboard development
. This role will focus on analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies, and delivering actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct detailed analysis of compliance data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports for leadership and business stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business narratives
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into impactful visualizations
• Perform statistical analysis on large datasets to support operational and strategic decisions
• Present findings in a way that drives process improvement and business outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis / BI / reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard & report development)
• Experience working with large datasets and trend analysis
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and leadership
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

• Experience in compliance, risk, regulatory, or governance reporting
• SQL or other data querying experience
• Background in enterprise-level reporting environments

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to turn data into meaningful insights
• A proactive, business-focused approach
