• +4 years of Load Runner experience
• Proven technical Leadership skills
• SQL
• Enterprise experience with Load Runner; will be utilizing Load Runner to analyze, modify, execute and report performance test suites across a variety of desktop and web-based applications.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to Junior level engineers on Load Runner. Previous lead, supervisor experience a plus, otherwise strong and clear communicative abilities.
• SQL (moderate to high), Visual studio (performance testing), experience in Healthcare also highly encouraged.

Premera's test team is looking for a contract resource to assist them in a data center migration project. They are trying to see if application(s) performance is staying the same when they are moving servers from the current data center to the new data center. They mostly have all the existing scripts and some new scripts, that will need to be created when they try the performance test of the new data center.

If this person knows about visual studio performance test that would be great. Both Load Runner and VS performance test.
