Senior Business Intelligence Engineer – Product & Customer Analytics

Overview

Inte Pros is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to lead complex analytical initiatives that drive product strategy and customer-focused decision-making. This role owns the design, development, and maintenance of scalable reporting solutions, metrics frameworks, and data integrations across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise, dashboarding experience, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical outputs. This is a hands-on role focused on analytics and business intelligence — not Dev Ops or security.

Analytics & Strategy

• Lead complex analytical projects to support product strategy
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and risks
• Partner with business stakeholders to formulate key questions and translate them into analytical plans

Data & Reporting Ownership

• Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Develop SQL queries and visualizations for both ad hoc and ongoing reporting needs
• Build automated reporting and self-service analytics tools
• Define and track key metrics across product initiatives

Data Architecture & Governance

• Design and implement comprehensive data strategy across multiple platforms
• Develop data integration solutions between external platforms and internal systems
• Establish data governance standards and best practices
• Apply dimensional modeling principles to support scalable reporting

Automation & AI Enablement

• Leverage agentic platforms and AI-driven systems to automate workflows and customer-facing processes

• Advanced SQL expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar analytical roles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Background in Data / Analytics roles (not Dev Ops or Security)

• Business Intelligence Engineer or Senior Data Analyst
• Experience defining metrics and building dashboards at scale
• Proven track record of writing significant SQL code and developing numerous dashboards
• Strong history of partnering with business stakeholders to define and measure product performance
