Job Description

We’re seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to lead mission‑critical, cross‑functional programs within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Operations. This leader will drive stability, scalability, and continuous operational improvement by partnering with engineering, product, security, and support teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical program management experience, strong knowledge of large‑scale cloud operations, and a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic, global environments.

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional programs that drive operational resilience, service reliability, and efficiency within OCI.
• Develop detailed program plans encompassing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation across large distributed teams.
• Technical Leadership:
  Translate business requirements into technical solutions, make informed trade‑off decisions, and facilitate technical discussions across teams.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring cross‑team transparency and communication.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing operational best practices, automation initiatives, and process optimizations.
• Facilitate critical meetings and program reviews, providing clear, data‑driven program status and actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

  Identify project risks and challenges, drive resolution of technical and organizational blockers, and elevate issues as required.
• Mentor and support junior program/project managers, championing operational excellence and program management discipline within the OCI Operations organization.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

• Paid time off:
  Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
  
  Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
