We are looking for a Senior IT Operations professional with strong experience in monitoring, incident management, and automation within hybrid cloud environments.

• Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
• Configure and tune dashboards, alerts, and performance baselines.
• Act as Incident Coordinator during major incidents (P1/P2), including running bridge calls and documenting timelines.
• Drive fast incident detection, escalation, and resolution.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and build automation scripts using Power Shell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now.
• Track operational KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, and incident trends.
• Provide support in a 24x7x365 operational environment (including off-hours rotation).
