Role DescriptionThis role focuses on the technical architecture, development, performance optimization, and infrastructure for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / Finance & Supply Chain Management in various industry verticals. It ensures high-quality code, secure deployments, and compliance with US GAAP/IRS and Indian GST/TDS regulations in multi‑region environments.
Responsibilities- Hybrid:
In office/remote - Lead technical design of D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and developments using X++, Power Platform, and extensibility framework, tailored to business processes (e.g., clinical supply chain, pharmacy inventory, patient billing integration).
- Define data models, performance strategies, and security architecture (roles, SoD, encryption) aligned with HIPAA‑adjacent financial data and healthcare audit requirements.
- Oversee Dev Ops pipelines using LCS, Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD, builds, testing, and deployments across USA/India sandboxes and production environments.
- Conduct code reviews, technical fit‑gap analysis, and optimization for scalability in high‑volume healthcare workloads (e.g., AR/AP for claims, procurement for medical supplies).
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with different systems via OData, custom services, batch jobs, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions).
- Support data migration using Data Management Framework, ensuring quality for master data (items, vendors, CoA) and transactional data in multi‑entity setups.
- Collaborate with functional teams and offshore resources for requirement reviews, PoCs, and hypercare, managing risks in regulated healthcare projects.
- Contribute to pre‑sales with technical proposals, effort estimates, and demos for healthcare RFPs in USA/India markets.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, reducing technical debt in healthcare customizations.
- 8‑12 years total IT experience, with 5+ years hands‑on in D365 F&O / AX development and 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Senior Developer role on implementations.
- Delivered 3+ full‑lifecycle D365 F&O projects involving custom X++ development, extensions, and Azure integrations in multi‑country (USA/India) settings.
- Experience with process data flows (e.g., inventory for OT/ICU supplies, project accounting for expansions) and regulatory localizations.
- Proven work in onshore/offshore models, Agile/Scrum, and performance tuning for large‑scale ERP.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related;
Microsoft certifications (MB‑300, MB‑500, MB‑700) preferred. - Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, LCS, Azure Dev Ops, Power Platform, SQL optimization, and D365 extensibility (plug‑ins, chain‑of‑command).
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules:
Finance (GL/AP/AR), SCM (Procurement/Inventory), with healthcare process understanding. - Proficiency in Azure services, data entities, SSRS/Power BI reporting, and security/performance best practices.
- Excellent English communication for global teams; ability to handle C‑suite demos and workshops across USA/India time zones.

Compensation Range: $109,000 - $164,000
