Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that extends the life of used electronic equipment through reuse, repair, and recycling. We are a stand‑alone company within the Amazon corporate family that provides services to other Amazon companies, specializing in the handling of valuable electronic equipment that was originally used in data centers.

We are looking for a Technician for our Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle, PA. The role involves receiving, shipping, de‑manufacturing, transportation with powered industrial trucks, and inventory control. The Technician works nights (5 pm–1:30 am) and should prioritize safety, security, and accuracy.

• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check‑out parts as needed.
• Load and unload shipments and transport parts between locations.
• Frequent lifting of materials and products.
• Keep precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the facility.
• Use knowledge to determine which task or SOP is needed to properly test components.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
• Work 10‑hour shifts as needed.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in computer hardware, reverse logistics, or operations.

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
• STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education.
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with a manager.
• Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity.
