📱 The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children and their caregivers across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle. As the Principal Product Management for Kids+, you will leverage your deep consumer product experience to lead the team that shapes the future of children's digital experiences! 🚀

• End-to-end product strategy and roadmap with focus on exceptional user experiences
• Innovation in UI/UX across multiple devices and platforms
• Integration of age‑appropriate GenAI capabilities
• Cross-device experiences that delight both kids and parents
• Customer‑centric product development and optimization

• Deep expertise in B2C product management
• Proven success in consumer UI/UX design and implementation
• Data‑driven decision making and analytics
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management

• Product experience and content strategy leadership
• PRFAQ development and product requirements
• AI/ML partnership for personalization and discovery
• Global product scaling with local market adaptation
• Performance metrics and content analytics
• Parent trust and safety features

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience technical product management

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
