Product Manager III; Digital

F5 Digital is seeking a Product Manager III to support the Product Launch and Fulfillment organization within the Customer Experience pillar. This role owns product strategy and day‑to‑day execution for Manufacturing and Supply Chain, along with NPI support. The role partners closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams and operates within a broader enterprise ecosystem, including integrations with Oracle Fusion tools, PIM (PDH), SnOP, and downstream fulfillment platforms.

• Backlog Ownership and Prioritization
  • Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, and User stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, revenue impact, urgency, technical dependencies, and risk.
• Agile Delivery and Execution
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and execution cadence with engineering and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate bi‑weekly demos to validate outcomes, gather feedback, and adjust priorities.
  • Maintain delivery predictability by managing scope and surfacing risks early.
• Stakeholder Management and Alignment
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Systems Engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to align Manufacturing and Supply Chain priorities within quarterly plans and enterprise roadmaps.
• Metrics, QBRs, and Delivery Transparency
  • Maintain accurate backlog, sprint, and release reporting in Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with delivery insights such as points planned vs. completed, throughput trends, predictability, and release outcomes.
  • Use metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve execution, quality, and stakeholder trust.
• AI/ML Enablement Mindset
  • Apply familiarity with AI/ML concepts to identify opportunities for automation and intelligence within Manufacturing/Supply Chain processes and Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Partner with data, analytics, and architecture teams to define measurable outcomes and support responsible AI adoption.

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems, or IT delivery roles for enterprise environments. Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops or Jira for backlog, sprint, and release management.
• Experience delivering database and Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Proven Agile delivery leadership, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder demos, and iterative delivery.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to write and optimize T‑SQL or PL/SQL queries.

• Experience supporting Manufacturing or Supply Chain systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations across CRM, ERP, PIM/PDH and analytics platforms.
• Experience in scaled Agile environments with multiple scrum teams and shared dependencies.
• Agile or Product Management certifications are a plus.
