As a member of the Data Center Supply Solutions Business Operations Team, you will manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, as well as processes and tools needed to support incoming supply opportunities to meet customer demand. We are looking for a Business Program Manager to support Amazon’s rapidly growing real estate and colocation business. Our team is seeking someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, who can identify and drive global process improvements, and work cross‑functionally with other teams.
This role’s primary responsibilities are managing and developing internal processes to track and simplify real estate and other transactions from beginning to end, partnering with stakeholder teams to drive standardization, and implement global solutions while improving the customer experience that delivers visibility to senior leadership.
You must have real estate contract expertise and excellent oral and written communication skills as this position involves direct contact with principal business owners and legal partners. Flexibility, sharp organizational and process‑oriented skills, a self‑starting work ethic, and keen attention to detail are desired.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
