Senior Web Producer

The Senior Web Producer is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of website updates, content publishing, and site maintenance. This role requires a strong collaborator who understands the importance of effective communication and has experience working on agile teams. The Senior Web Producer will work closely with marketing, content, design, and development teams to ensure the website is fresh, functional, and aligned with brand and UX standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the update and publishing of web content-including copy, images, links, and assets-using CMS templates.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS) and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Build or modify web pages and components, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.
  • Perform routine site QA to identify and fix broken links, formatting issues, and content inaccuracies.
  • Communicates clearly to management on status and progress. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to others.
  • Ensure all published content meets brand, accessibility, and formatting standards.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, and marketers to assemble pages and prepare assets for publishing.
  • Support landing page updates, promotional banners, and other campaign-related web changes.
  • Maintain content calendars, publishing trackers, and documentation for web workflows.
  • Coordinate with developers to report bugs, test fixes, and assist with minor troubleshooting.
  • Review pages for mobile responsiveness and overall quality across browsers and devices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance web management efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or CMS operations.
  • Expertise in Word Press as a CMS, including significant experience with page builder solutions for development flexibility and scalability.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Advanced understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in hand-coding semantically correct HTML and CSS for issue resolution, template customization, and robust web experiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of routine problems and proposes solutions independently. Actively contributes to team discussions and demonstrates a willingness to tackle challenges with a greater degree of autonomy.
  • Good understanding of key business performance metrics and the Marketing measurement framework.
