Overview
Inte Pros is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive analytics, experimentation, and performance reporting for a fast-growing e‑commerce business. The role partners closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, and program feature performance. The BIE will work with large‑scale datasets to design metrics, conduct statistical testing, and deliver deep‑dive analyses that directly influence strategic and tactical decision‑making.
This highly visible, data‑intensive role requires strong SQL expertise and the ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical solutions.

- Establish scalable metrics frameworks to measure feature and business performance
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical plans and SQL queries
- Respond to ad‑hoc deep dives from senior business leaders
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong experience working with large‑scale, complex datasets
- Advanced SQL expertise (writing complex queries independently)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to decompose business problems into structured analysis
- Background in statistics, programming, or marketing analytics
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in retail or e‑commerce environments
- Prior experience in large, tech‑driven organizations
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field
