Within Boeing Global Services (BGS), Boeing Training Solutions is dedicated to the development of capable and resilient commercial aviation professionals.

Our training products are trusted worldwide and backed by Boeing’s experience, knowledge, and research to increase learning efficacy and enhance aviation safety.

We offer a variety of materials, functionality, and services in support of airlines’ adoption of Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), and Evidence Based Training (EBT) for airline Pilots, Mechanics, and Instructors.

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Collaborate and lead product designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user experience is prioritized in all decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

• 5+ years related work experience in UX design and/or development
• An online portfolio of case studies demonstrating strong visual design skill and user‑centered design solutions (include a password on your resume for access)
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Familiarity with developing or utilizing best practices in design systems, component libraries, and tokens
• Experience in designing for both mobile and web applications
• Ability to work autonomously and advance projects in ambiguous environments
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in training applications or data visualization preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $173,400 - $234,600
