Provide integrated production support. Respond assertively to prevent production issues. Provide project integration, infrastructure support. Provide architecture support for production support and monitoring. Provide technical and functional guidance to client and other vendor personnel. Assist with design of solutions for client in following areas but not limited to A/R, Purchasing, Planning (JDA / Demantra), Item Master and Inventory, Informatica ILM solution Archiving etc.

Work closely with the business analyst to understand requirements for all in-flight and miscellaneous requests. Create components meeting requirements such as archiving process, scheduling jobs etc. Provide test support.

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
