As Test Automation Engineer, you are involved in the automated verification and validation of products made by engineers in a development process. Your technical and professional knowledge of Test Automation, programming, test environments and methodologies is solid. With your knowledge and experience with one or more test tools and test techniques, you can independently design and execute test automation solutions. You follow the latest developments in your field and you know what is going on.

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you are required to have experience working on different automation tools such as UFT and Selenium. In addition to developing and executing automation scripts, you are also expected to resolve technical issues wrt automation, provide input to improve effectiveness. You are also expected to mentor junior engineers.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript Test Automation Frameworks
• Experience testing NodeJS services (or equivalent JS framework) hosted on cloud
• Experience testing Web Application (React
  
  JS equivalent JS Frameworks)
• Significant hands on experience using tools like Selenium/Web Driver(JS), Cucumber (JS), Protractor, Nightwatch, Cypress, Playwright
• Experience creating a UI automation framework, API testing framework, lambda testing, API gateway testing.
• Git:
  Know standard commands for code and deploy process
• Scrum/Jira:
  Must have experience in Agile/SCRUM and experience in using the Jira Agile toolset
• Languages:
  
  Java script/Typescript

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $54,300 - $130,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
