The Associate Vice President (AVP) – Impact and ESG Data Analytics is a strategic role responsible for leading the design, development, and expansion of IIX’s impact investment digital platforms. Situated at the crossroads of impact measurement, ESG standards, and data analytics, the role involves overseeing platforms that cater to investors, MSMEs, and corporates. The AVP will be tasked with advancing product strategy and execution across IIX’s major platforms: IIX Values™, which deals with ESG assessment and impact reporting, and IIX Intelligence™, which serves as a global data hub providing market intelligence.
The AVP is expected to ensure impact and ESG data are effectively translated into actionable analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools, facilitating informed investments and enterprise development. Strong collaboration with data engineers and analysts is essential to define data pipelines and ensure the delivery of innovative, analytics-driven product features.
- Impact and ESG assessment, verification, and portfolio management.
- Ensure global social and environmental standards are integrated into data models suitable for reporting.
- Lead the development of analytics-driven product features including dashboards and benchmarks.
- Work with data engineers to define data pipelines, schemas, and validation rules for impact data.
- Translate investor needs into decision-ready analytics.
- Guide integration of advanced analytics and AI capabilities.
- Define analytics requirements, KPIs, and success metrics for platform features.
- Oversee the delivery of data visualizations and reporting tools.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, data platforms, analytics systems, or technology-enabled solutions within impact investing or sustainable finance.
- Strong understanding of impact investing and sustainability frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex ESG concepts into actionable insights and products.
- Experience with data systems, analytics platforms, or dashboard-driven products.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on exposure to impact investing and sustainable finance.
