• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and customer excellence teams

• Minimum of 2 years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer‑facing technical roles
• Strong technical background in data engineering with hands‑on experience in data ingestion tools, ETL processes, and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, and middleware technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, and associated technologies
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies with a track record of staying ahead of trends

• Experience in leveraging AI for workflow automation and decision‑making
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, or Process Mining technologies
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices
