• Develop optimal certification strategy tailored to Prime Air’s unique drone delivery system.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies that demonstrate compliance with safety and performance requirements.
• Bridge engineering teams, quality assurance, program management, and certification authorities on certification strategy.
• Ensure development processes and documentation meet regulatory requirements and prepare for certification audits.

• Experience in written and verbal communication to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in aerospace, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years professional development experience in a DO-178C environment.
• Familiarity with at least one software language such as C++.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in professional software development.
• Experience leading teams that deliver DO-178C certified software.

The base salary range for this position is USD  –  annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
