  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to migrate existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and security standards within the client’s M365 environment.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders through training and handoff sessions.
What makes you a good fit
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 development and administration, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  • Deep knowledge of modern SPO information architecture: lists/libraries, content types, site columns, managed metadata, lookup relationships, views, and large list thresholds.
  • Deep knowledge of SPO permissions:
SharePoint groups vs. Entra  (Azure AD) groups, unique permissions, role inheritance, and app/service account access.
  • Experience with SPO/Graph REST APIs, webhooks, list schema provisioning, and site template automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with tenant‑to‑tenant (or cross‑environment) SPO migrations and URL/re‑architecture impacts.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
  • Builds solution‑aware flows using connection references and environment variables for endpoints, site URLs, list IDs, and secrets.
  • Comfortable with SharePoint triggers/actions, approvals, child flows, concurrency, retry policies, idempotency, pagination.
  • Robust error handling:
    Scope‑based try/catch/finally, alerting (Teams/Email), and re‑run/recovery strategies.
  • Experience migrating or re‑provisioning Forms (personal → group), exporting/importing responses, and re‑pointing downstream flows to new Form IDs.
  • Ability to recommend when to replace Forms with Power Apps for governance, validation, and lifecycle control.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Airline or large enterprise project experience.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Dataverse, or custom connector development.
  • Microsoft certifications in M365 or Power Platform.
