As the Senior Product Manager, Technical, on the Amazon Connect Chat team, you will define the long-term product vision and lead cross-functional efforts to build innovative Chat capabilities. These capabilities will deeply integrate with Connect's contact routing, agent workspace, end customer experiences, and AI services. Working at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world business challenges, you will partner closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to reimagine both customer self-service and contact center experiences.
