The role

* Architect and implement core AI systems for knowledge extraction, retrieval, and orchestration.

* Design and optimize retrieval and memory infrastructure (e.g., Graph

RAG, vector search) for low-latency, high-precision context delivery.

* Build agentic systems for autonomous reasoning, synthesis, and evaluation.

* Develop prompt and orchestration frameworks connecting multiple models, tools, and data sources.

* Prototype and validate new product directions, collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teammates.

The experience we seek

* Strong Python engineering skills and experience building scalable, maintainable systems.

* Deep knowledge of retrieval architectures (embeddings, vector DBs, hybrid/graph search).

* Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar).

* Proven ability to build and tune LLM-based agents for complex reasoning tasks.

* Startup DNA: thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and move fast.

* Passion for building in the AI space and excitement about joining an early-stage team.
